allow explorer to marked by such as user name when one opens from CMD. prompt. A possible scenario is a user login as smith, opens some instance of windows explorer, and, use command prompt's runas to start explorer on some general folder using administrator. I would be nice if the administrator ID appear in the title of the Last windows explorer
